I don't know if I mentioned this before but I am currently in South Africa doing a study abroad program. I originally thought that this would not effect this blog. While I knew I wasn't going to have access to as many movies as usual, I did think that continuing the blog was at least a little bit possible.
The past three weeks have proven otherwise.
Therefore, I'm letting you all know that I will be on a hiatus for a little bit. If I find myself in a position where I can write down and post a blog post I will but if its going to happen, I want to give the same kind of post that you are all used to. While I have internet, its a weak connection and I'm surprised that I'm able to get this post on. So after this post, it may be a few months before another post comes on.
However, this does not mean that I will stop writing.
While I'm not watching movies nearly as often as usual, I still am seeing a few new movies, especially on long plane rides. I will write down my thoughts on the film and save it for later. Come December, expect an influx of movie reviews.
So here is what you can expect when the hiatus comes to a close.

Maleficent
Invictus
Anchorman 2 (maybe)
The Usual Suspects
Black Swan
Lone Survivor (possibly/ the book)
These are all things that I have already watched, or know that I will eventually watch before the end of my time in South Africa.
I've really been pleasantly surprised at the amount of views I've gotten over the last few weeks and I wanted to inform ya'll on why there haven't been new reviews. This hiatus is not so much by choice as it is by necessity.
